Job Shadow

Spend 1–3 days inside our agency environment. See collaboration in action, learn about our specialties, and ask the questions you can’t Google. It’s an inside look at what working in marketing and creative industries really feels like.

Extended Job Shadow

Intended to help students build experience and strengthen resumes, our Extended Job Shadow provides the opportunity to spend a portion of the summer break gaining exposure to an agency environment. 

Mock Interview

Strengthen your communication skills and prepare for the workforce with a one-hour mock interview session. You’ll receive constructive feedback, interview coaching, and resume insights from a member of our professional team.

Thinking of Applying?

Internship candidates should have the equivalent experience level of a college junior, senior, or recent graduate. High school juniors and above are welcome to participate in our Job Shadow and Mock Interview programs.

We're looking for curious, competent individuals who have a genuine interest in applying creative thought processes into action. Those with a collaborative attitude, professional demeanor, and an eye for detail find they integrate most easily with our team and workflow.

You will receive a confirmation email once your application is submitted. If a position becomes available and your experience aligns with our needs, we will contact you directly during the active selection window.

Compensation is determined at the discretion of ProMedia Group and will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.

Most internships run for one college semester. Extended or condensed experiences may be available depending on project needs and performance.

Interns typically work 10–13 hours per week. We aim to accommodate academic schedules while maintaining consistency and reliability.

All internships, job shadows, and mock interviews take place at the ProMedia Group office. We believe the strongest learning happens through hands-on collaboration within our team environment.

"My experience with ProMedia Group began as a four-week job shadow where I had the opportunity to spend time with several different departments, including account managers, account coordinators, production, and digital ads. During that time, everyone was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain what they were working on, why it mattered, and how each department’s work connects to create successful campaigns for clients. I was able to join the production team on a shoot, help with product photography, and even create some social media content for Harvest Homecoming. Seeing how closely the team collaborates showed me that ProMedia truly operates as a team, not just a group of coworkers sharing a workspace.
A few months later, I was invited back as an intern with the digital ads team, where I was able to take on more responsibilities like helping create video ads and social media content.
