OMG PMG!

September 2026
40 Years. One Heck of a Celebration.

On September 1, we celebrated four decades of ProMedia Group alongside people who have helped make the journey so special. These include our incredible team, longtime clients, community partners, friends, family, and current and former employees who have all helped us write our story.

The evening was filled with plenty of reasons to celebrate, including recognizing longtime team members, honoring our first retiree, Don Williamson, recognizing the couple from the first wedding Dan ever filmed, and receiving an official proclamation from the City of New Albany declaring September 1, 2026, ProMedia Group Day!

After 40 years of cameras, computers, creativity, countless projects, and more than a few technological upgrades, we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of the PMG story.

Cheers to the people, partnerships, and big ideas that brought us this far, and cheers to ProMedia Group's future!

And a Very Happy 65th to Dan!

While we were celebrating 40 years of ProMedia Group, we had another milestone to recognize: our founder and CEO, Dan Williamson's 65th birthday!

From one video camera and a dream, to four decades of building a creative company, Dan has certainly given us plenty to celebrate. Happy 65th, Dan! We’re grateful for the vision, hard work, and connections that helped make ProMedia Group what it is today.

RECENT PROJECTS

Check out what we've been creating.

Back to School, Back Behind the Camera

The first day of school is filled with big moments, from new backpacks and bus rides to reunions with friends and the excitement of a brand-new year.

This back-to-school season, ProMedia Group helped our local school partners capture and share those moments in a variety of ways. Our production team hit the halls, classrooms, and bus stops with New Albany Floyd County Schools and Greater Clark County Schools, capturing the excitement of the first day and turning it into engaging videos for students, families, and the community.

For Lanesville Community Schools, the fun started before the first bell even rang. Throughout the summer, we kept their social media community connected and looking forward to the new school year, including a little help from Eddie the Eagle, who showed everyone how he was spending summer break while counting down the days until students returned.

From first-day videos to creative social content, we love helping our school partners tell their stories, connect with their communities, and celebrate what makes each school unique.

A Fresh Digital Footprint for Spencer Industries

Another custom website is officially live! Our Web Team recently launched a new digital home for Spencer Industries, a company with more than 45 years of experience serving customers across the U.S.

This project went well beyond a visual refresh. From strategic copywriting and reorganizing content to streamlined navigation and custom integrations, the team thoughtfully worked through each detail to create a modern, user-friendly website that better reflects Spencer Industries' reputation and capabilities.

It’s another great example of the care and collaboration that goes into creating a custom web experience for our clients.

Making an Entrance: Welders Supply Opens Its Doors in Elizabethtown

When Welders Supply expanded into Elizabethtown, ProMedia Group was there to help make the grand opening a success from start to finish. From developing the promotional strategy and coordinating radio and social media advertising to helping plan the event itself, our team worked alongside Welders Supply to build excitement and get the community ready for the big day.

We also handled press relations, connecting with local media to generate coverage and awareness for the new location. On opening day, ProMedia Group was there to help everything come together—from coordinating event details to capturing the excitement and celebrating alongside the Welders Supply team.

The result? A successful grand opening that introduced Welders Supply to its new Elizabethtown community and marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the family-owned company.

We're proud to partner with Welders Supply as they continue to grow—and we're excited to see what's next!

Bringing a Butler to Life

ProMedia Group has partnered with First Harrison Bank to bring its community-first brand to life across a wide range of marketing channels. From refreshing the longtime Banking Butler into Harrison Banks to developing digital advertising, commercials, billboards, community partnerships, and more, our team has helped First Harrison create a recognizable and consistent presence throughout the communities it serves.

This ongoing collaboration goes beyond individual campaigns. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to keep the First Harrison brand familiar and approachable while highlighting the products, services, and new offerings that make banking easier and more convenient for its customers.

It’s another great example of how a strong creative partnership can help a longtime brand stay relevant, connected, and recognizable.

We're proud to partner with Welders Supply as they continue to grow—and we're excited to see what's next!
