Intended to help students build experience and strengthen resumes, our Extended Job Shadow provides the opportunity to spend a portion of the summer break gaining exposure to an agency environment.

Compensation is determined at the discretion of ProMedia Group and will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.
Most internships run for one college semester. Extended or condensed experiences may be available depending on project needs and performance.
Interns typically work 10–13 hours per week. We aim to accommodate academic schedules while maintaining consistency and reliability.
All internships, job shadows, and mock interviews take place at the ProMedia Group office. We believe the strongest learning happens through hands-on collaboration within our team environment.
