It gives me great pleasure to recommend ProMedia Group (PMG) for their services. Prior to working
with PMG, Workwell had minimum social media presence and an outdated website with very low site traffic. In January 2023, I began working with PMG with primary goals to increase my social media presence/awareness and to construct an entirely new website that targeted a March 2023 launch.

During that implementation phase, I never got the impression that it was PMG’s singular vision of my
website design. From the inception, there was always collective strategic planning efforts in
implementing our new website. It was clear from the beginning that every step in that design process that they were fully committed and their creativity was tailor-made specific for any of my organization needs. Most importantly, we met the deadline and launched in March 2023.

My other services included but was not limited to, working with their Video Production Team on
Branding and Testimonial Videos; Quarterly Photography services; Social media Marketing; Advertising campaigns and E-Newsletters/Blogs.

Along with those excellent services, we also gained analytical feedback. PMG understood the technical elements that promoted and drove those KPIs. Knowing and understanding the driving forces of that data provided results that helped me as an organization identify our strengths and weaknesses so that I could emphasis and/or alter my strategic planning.

What I am most impressed about with PMG is their ability to evolve and remain relevant in their content to where their designs and features are not outdated. PMG is the standard, they are not chasing their industry competition, their industry completion is chasing and adapting to them.
Their clearly defined contract provides detailed information of all of their services in which they will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. My experience with PMG has been paramount and I would strongly recommend any of their services.
