Sometimes marketing feels like shouting into the void—but not with us. In this playful video, one person tries to ask an important question while the other, headphones on and music blasting, is completely tuned out. Sound familiar?
At ProMedia Group, we do things differently. We’re all ears when it comes to your marketing goals—ready to listen, collaborate, and turn up the volume on your message so it gets heard loud and clear.
We’re proud to share that ProMedia Group has been named one of Louisville Business First’s 2025 Best Places to Work in the 10–24 employees category! This honor means the world to us because it reflects what we value most—teamwork, creativity, and a culture where people love what they do. We’re thankful for our talented crew and the amazing clients who make it all possible.
Here’s to continuing to grow, celebrate, and create together!
The celebration for our 2025 Best Places to Work award was recently in full swing at Top Golf. After a few games, the team headed over to Puttshack for lunch.
We scored big with this team and appreciate the opportunity to celebrate together!
Our CEO, Dan Williamson, and our Director of Sales, Michael Sizemore, had the privilege of having our clients Mark Eddy (Leadership Southern Indiana) and Matt Zicher (One Southern Indiana Chamber & Economic Development) join their team at Ivy Tech's Annual Douglas Schleicher Memorial Golf Scramble.
This year’s tournament was held in honor of the son of one of our longtime clients, AJS Inc. KFC, who passed away unexpectedly. It was a meaningful day of connection, remembrance, and community.
We’re grateful to stand beside our partners—not just in business, but in life.
Congratulations to Bekah, one of our Digital Media Coordinators, on her graduation from Indiana University Southeast! Bekah joined ProMedia Group over two years ago as an intern, later stepping into a part-time role supporting the digital ads team, and now, after earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design, she’s officially coming on full-time! We’re so excited to continue watching her grow as she helps us craft smart, effective ads for our clients.

Meyer Truck Equipment’s new Adventure Guide is your road map to outdoor fun across Indiana and Kentucky. Our team brought this idea to life with a digital and print guide full of hand-picked destinations for fishing, hiking, camping, scenic drives, and off-road trails. Paired with an engaging video, a targeted email campaign, social media teasers, and Google Ads, the Adventure Guide shows just how far Meyer’s upfits can take you.
One of the most powerful moments from New Hope Services’ Second Annual Giving Hope Breakfast was the debut of a moving Impact Video—a heartfelt story about Emily, a client who overcame barriers to find confidence, independence, and a brighter future. Produced by ProMedia Group, the video was seamlessly crafted with custom musical transitions composed by our Director of Photography, Chris Dowell, and left a lasting impression on everyone in the room.
Our team was proud to provide comprehensive creative support and on-site coordination for the entire event, encompassing digital promotions, print materials, and day-of logistics. With attendance nearly doubling from the previous year, it’s clear New Hope’s mission is resonating more than ever. We’re honored to help share stories like Emily’s and amplify the incredible work being done in our community.
